This "personal data sheet" was a failed attempt at a promotional package for the band JOKER. Mike Wilton was the only member to participate. I asked him about the alias he put down "Pomodoor" (see below), he said in elementary school kids would call him "Wilton Pomodoor" after the Ken Berry character in "F Troop".
